Based on no facts whatsoever I don't think there's ever been a coloured winner and if you ignore the fact that all the Balken countries vote for each other so one of them always wins nobody from Eastern Europe (or Spain) will vote for a non-caucasian.

So, what's the point? Do you put forward the best entry, knowing they have no realistic chance of winning when that requires votes from countries where black footballers are still taunted and abused by fans, for the sake of political correctness and taking the moral high ground, or do you put through someone who's almost as good but appeals more to the target demographic?

Please don't take this as racist, it isn't. It also isn't me giving two sh*ts about Eurovision, just for the record!

Do we realistically have a chance of winning these days anyway (even with the best white singer on the planet)? Probably not, so might as well put the best act through.
