Looks like someone has restruck parts of it to make it say that!

Why would anyone pay $66 for it anyway?! Think thats more amusing than the coin itself!

Apparently those were made by disgruntled southerners during reconstruction (After the Civil War).

If that coin was undamaged it's a common date in so-so condition and worth $10-15.

I can't imagine so when people are prepared to pay so much, but each to their own i suppose, good find though!

Made, not stamped. As in taking the coins they were told to use by those pesky Northerners and re-stamping/changing them.
