Quick Ebay question..........
Discussion
I've searched through the Ebay FAQs but couldn't find an answer.
I'm advertising something as a 'classified' advert but inviting 'best offers'.
Somebody has just made an offer which I might very well accept but theres still 2 weeks to run on the ad.
If I accept the offer does the advert disappear ?
The offer is from abroad (not Nigeria!)so don't know if it is genuine or not. If the offer falls through then I'll have to fork out on another advert.

you can of course always register them as a non-paying bidder, get your listing fees back and re-list if they fail to stump up with the cash.
All part of the joys of ebay.
I'm going to give it one last try tonight and sell some bits and bobs I have cluttering up my dining room.
IIRC you do not get listing fees back, you only get final value fees back. All part of the joys of ebay.

As soon as anyone mentions "Nigeria" on eBay, it 99.999% means a rat.
Forget it and wait for the next offer......
No this ones from France and he has a 200+ positive feedback. In fact, his english speaking French friend has just phoned me on my mobile from France and i've got another couple of hundred quid out of him - so far. Forget it and wait for the next offer......
