Ski North America - Chalet Recommendations ?

I'm looking to Ski N.America again this year but fancy a catered chalet for a change. They are a lot rarer in the States than Europe.

Any recommendations for good chalets or companies ?

Particularly fancy Utah (Park City or surrounding resort), Winterpark, or Aspen.

There will be two of us, and we're not looking for party central but good food and drink always goes down well.
