How Nice, Good Customer Service at Last

I know we are all used to poor customer service these days so i thought I would share...

I had issues with my iPhone over the last week, the button to put it on silent came off, and the screen appeared to be coming unglued....

I went to the Apple Store on Regent Street and they gave me a replacement without me even having to ask.

I now have a brand new iPhone fully restored with my preferences, so hats off to the guys at Apple I may well buy more things now

I'm impressed, most people tend to view Apple staff as obstructive drones. I am one of them. Glad they sorted your issue though.

No not at all, I booked my appointment at the Bar online, turned up smooth as clockwork, actually better than I was expecting....
