I'm talking about the birth control pill...
Do you guys really trust it?
I have heard many stories where it has failed, the women gets a bun, keeps it and sends the guy in to financial downfall... CSA etc...

I mean, my GF takes the pill but I dont 100% trust it so I use other protection.
According to the pack it seems even flu pills can cause this to stop working... :S

I'm I being over cautious? anyone had bad experiences..?

I don't trust myself to remember to take it everyday, I'm rubbish! I used to take it but sometimes I'd go to the packet and there would be 5 pills there!
Implant or injection are alot more reliable IMO.

Have to use the pill, a cap, a Femidom, a condom, a gallon of spermicide, after having had the snip and the girl having been sterilised, then do it up the arse to make sure!

Use it properly, and the risks are minimal.

I have been on the pill on and off for over 14 years, and never once did I fall pregnant.

It's these daft/evil bints who say their on it, when then never fecking are, and then ruin lots of lifes

My gf has the Depo injenction or whatever its called evey 3 months, seems to have worked so far. No time of the month either means no excuses.

Antibiotics re the ones that can f**k with the pill if I remember correctly. There may be other medications.
She may forget.
She may "forget".
I wouldn't put it past some of the girls I've known (The minority. No SWT calls from this corner!) to try and save a dying relationship by "forgetting" because "Oh, he'd make a great Dad" and "He loves kids, he just doesn't know it yet/needs a push".

The biggest one I've found is when you think that you might not want to use it as the only line of defense:

I dont think you are being over cautious at all, as had been said its not 100% reliable. However, please dont assume that all girls would take you to financial ruin! Contraception is the responsibility of you both, not just her! Happy sha**ing!
