FFS, why do they always drive me up the wall, been on hold with sodding Demon House Laxatives for 30 mins now because the package i've waited in for all day has not arrived, despite it leaving the depot at 9am this morning.

And now they have hung up while i'm still on hold

Folks sent me an 'Arrods hamper, order paid 25th November. It arrived here in Oslo 60 minutes ago (after I'd paid 90 quid to get the chuffing thing through customs) The dining table is groaning under the weight of mince pies, stollen and my own body weight in chocolate.
