So far i have survived numerous ends of the world. In my memory i have survived

The coming ice age
The cold warm
Acid rain
The millennium bug
Bird flu
Global warming

So i have survived 6 ends of the world as we know it that i can remember

And now i am going to be killed by the credit crunch

So before you are also killed by the credit crunch how many can you remember that you have survived

They just don't have a clue.

Apparently tiredness kills. Rubbish. I've been tired loads of times.

I heard Alistair McGowan speaking about the Heathrow protests on the radio this morning.

He proclaimed that we only had 20 years until the ice caps melted and generally we're all doomed.

Funny, last time I checked he was a TV impressionist.

I've marked it on my calendar for 2029, just in case I miss the kerfuffle.

We're going to survive another one in 2012, when the magnetic fields of the Earth swap.

Anyhoo, the film looks good:

That'll be the swap thats overdue by hundreds of thousands of years and therefore we must be pretty st at predicting?

I've also survived three asteroids, a comet, a "death cloud", a generic world ending in 1999, 2000 and 2001.

Shame we are all going to be crushed in a mini black hole.

I survived death by Allegro.

As a baby, I was strapped into our Allegro, when it randomly caught fire. Some sort of accelerant in the glovebox made the fire whoosh around the car, engulfing it almost entirely. Thankfully, I was pulled to safety. The Allegro was pushed out of the parking space and my family gathered around to watch it die. smile

But no, haven;t really survived any 'ends of the worlds' yet.

"Killer bees" seems to come around with disturbing regularity. Not to mention, no sign of said bees.
