Desert island - ideal young laydee as a companion?

Right, you just washed up on a desert island - you've seen the film...white sandy beach, palm trees, goodly supply of fresh water and wild fruits....

But you need someone to act as Man Friday, but we are not gayers so we will opt for Girl Friday. Down the beach you see, just washed up, the perfect girl. Someone who will do sexy time but also someone who can build a shelter, gut a fish, hunt a wild pig and construct a cosy den for two...all without moaning about the lack of make-up and shopping opportunities.

So can this be?
