Relationships

Having given up on googling, thought I would turn to the wise ones on PH. All to do with relationships.

My wife's sister has a son, as far as I know he is my wife's Nephew, and technicall Nephew-in-law to me.

Whilst the son refers to my wife, (his mothers sister) as aunty, am I just Uncle, or Uncle-in-law.

2nd question. My wife is one of 4 sisters. One of her sisters daughters has just had a baby boy, so whilst my wife's sister will be the baby's Grand-mother, what will my wife be to the baby? and indeed myself?

Sensible answers please guys!

Its no good trying to prove that you are not related to the child, its still illegal.

First answer is you're his Uncle, not Uncle in Law...or at least I've never heard of that last one.
