No, you are not the only one they dont offend/annoy me either.
But wait, you live in Australia and I live in Japan perhaps we are not plauged with the ahole traffic wardens that exist in the UK.

I have never actually seen a traffic warden in Japan, neither have I seen a wheel clamp - if you park where you shouldn't in most areas in Japan, you end up with someone either having a word, or putting a note on your car asking you to park elsewhere.
