What do you do????

My mortgage is now due for renewal. I can get some good fixed rates & even better tracker rates, but i feel that the deals will be even better in late spring when the base rate & LIBOR may well be lower. So whilst the current options are good, am i right to suspect even better ones will be around the corner??

I reckon rates will be low for this year, but with an eventual climb maybe next, so i'm generally thinking a good 5 year fix will be the way forward.

I can currently get a 4.75% 5 year fixed.

Your thoughts please biggrin

A job would be damn handy, seeing as we set the last one up based on you leaving the country,.......
