I *think* they are only doing up to the end of March 08 online currently.

If you have only just registered as s/e, you may not have to submit one. I am in a similar position, haven't had any paperwork, my accountant suggested that I phone them to find out if I actually need to submit online, given that I haven't had any paperwork from them - they say I don't.

Phone your local tax office tomorrow and ask them.
