Article in the metro about The Prince of Wales and his main squeeze and all the loot they brought home given to them by heads of state,

Brunei - a watch and trinket and set of jewelry (cheapskates)
Trinidad - A Brooch, a gold bowl and mini steel pan (eh?)
japan - 2 bags of tea and a bag of apples (he must have looked hungry)
Tokyo - A Kendo bamboo sword and replica Sharpie Pen 1st edition, (ebay it!)

The Mighty Reggae Boys of Jamaica gave them a guitar, 2 bottles of Wray and Nephew Rum, 18 Bob Marley CD`s, 4 Vinyl Albums, 2 Baseball caps and 2 calendars

All he needs is a beach and some home grown to reenact a Bob Marley video smokin

Wray and Nephew overproof rum! I was sent some as a birthday present from my sister a few years ago and decided to share it with a friend round at his place. We got stuck in sat round his dining table. He spilt a bit but as it was not much we just carried on getting hammered and didn't wipe it up. The next morning there was a patch in the middle of the table where the rum had spilt. The varnish had all bubbled up like someone had dropped a massive blob of Nitromoors on it! His missus was not best pleased. God know's what the stuff does to your insides if it can peel varnish off tables!

A friend of my father-in-law brought some of this stuff back from Jamaica with him as we both drank rum.

He brought us about a panda pop size bottle back and told us to drink it with milk.

Took his advice & couldn't believe how sober we both felt after polishing the bottle off.

Tried to get off our chairs and promptly collapsed, ba**ard stuff gets you drunk waist down first ..............

A bloke at work brings back "proper" Jamaican rum when he visits family in "Jam town"(Kingston).

He once brought some to a retirement party and handed it out in Klix machine type cups. I left mine for around 15minutes as I drank my pint.

When I went to drink it the cup was plyable as the Rum started melting the cup.

Bacardi is witch piss compared.

Quality! Once as a young and inexperienced drinker I was out in the pub with my dad (hardcore rum drinker) He asked what I wanted and I said a Bacardi, thinking he'd appreciate me trying what I thought was a decent rum. He just turned away, put his wallet back in his pocket and walked off. Left the pub in disgust!

I suspect that is what happened to Amy Wino, caught on film crawling along the floor in St Lucia biggrin
