yes great but at what cost to them
for comparison 6-7y olds (year 2) will normally have just come to terms with the concept of tens and units realising the idea than to "1" in 10 is a lot more than the "1" in 1. they have no idea about decimal places. they are introduced to the concept of multiplication and division at this age
To educate them to AS level must have involved considerable time which will have kad a detrimental effect on all other aspects of their deveopment, not only mentally; lanugage, reading etc, but Physicaly and socially.
bottome of the article says one of them wants to be prime minister. Since when did you need to be good at maths to do that, the current clown clearly does not have a clue about adding up and taking away
