Is this ok to take in morning every day?.Is it safe because I eat fruits and try to stay healthy any way and is bad to take to many vitamins.

Yeah it's safe as your body will naturally get rid of any 'waste'. You'll notice that your piss will be a bright yellow colour - that's the vitamin B2.

I know it turns your wee bright orange, but other than that I think it's ok to have every day.

By the way, I think you should look at Boots own brand of evervescent vitamin. Contains more vitamins per tablet, contains more tablets (20 and not 15), is cheaper and doesn't have the annoying foil.
