Rubbish! I'm nearly 46, used to drink much more. I would say that I'm much fitter than most people my age.

I once worked with someone who thought like that.
He phoned in sick one day saying he had pulled a muscle in his stomach and was going to the doctor.
The doctor told him his liver was failing and he didn't have much time left.
Three months later he was dead. He was only 51.
