One baby is 5 months old the other is 2.5 years old. You want a bloody good month long holiday somewhere where you can relax, i.e. not too hot, not too cold, not too expensive, good medical facilties should you need them, nice and safe.

Lets say March. Pref norther hemisphere.

Where would you go?

Playa Blanca in Lanzarote - good climate, ideal for children, good selection fo places to eat - 4 hr flight so not too far with children.

South of France somewhere... Avignon is always nice although not sure about being there for a month. Spain and Italy are driveable from there should you get bored.

I must admit I've never been for more than a week, but if all you're planning to do is beach and chill, I can think of worse places to be!

If the children are happy, then you'll be happy.....

I'd quite happily retire to Lanzarote - Yaiza would be fine!

Olf, reading the title I thought you had been struck down with some terrible diagnosis...
