How do you get over a bad day?

Without going into too much detail I've had a stter of a day and am trying to get it out of my head, interested in how do you lot deal with situations like this? Nothing major has happened like an illness in the family or whatever, just something very annoying which has upset me :-(

I'm glad I don't have a bike any longer. I'll be honest I was a bit of a nutter on one. Especially after a bad day.....

Got dumped by my ex a long while back so went for a blat to let it out. Unfortunately I ended up getting stopped at over 130mph but managed to talk my way out by explaining I'd just been dumped to the copper and felt like "life wasn't worth much now....".

It was a bit mellow-dramatic but it worked. I also added to the effect by opening my visor at about a ton allowing my eyes to stream with tears and look all blotchy, puffed and red.

He told me to take the next junction of the motorway and go home and if he caught me on the road again he'd throw the book at me.

I went home and had a beer and probably a wk too.....much better

What year is the Mini? Full service history? How many miles?

If worst comes to worst, i'll give you £2000 for it..

Depending on the day alcohol or the gym, both have the same effect but with one you feel fine in the morning!

Guess alcohol wins most times, i'd be fit otherwise!
