How long for a paypal dispute...

I have 2 none delivery disputes open, have been since xmas.

Seller has posted some tracking info, which when put into the RM website, says to come back later as it only tracks when been delivered. Well its been since xmas - it clearly isnt turning up... Id have thought they would give me my money back.

But apparently it is waiting for some paypal muppet to put the tracking number in himself and see that it hasnt been delivered. How long does this take?

I think there is a button to escalate the "dispute" into a "claim"

Then you get the money.

Don't bother with PlayPal.

If you paid by credit card ring up the cc company and ask for a manual chargeback.

Listen to the girlie on the other end of the line giggle and then sit back while your money is refunded.

They can do it while u wait.

Then contact PlayPal and tell the not to bother getting their finger out of their arse as you've sorted it out yourself.

If you didn't pay with a credit card though, last time I had one of these open it took about 4 weeks till it was sorted. And that was without the other party responding at all.
