That's not a hang-over mate, that's bad AIDS. Have you been sucking off any infected men recently? It's pretty much the only explanation for the symptoms you've described.

Always, always, always remember.

Water before bed. Lots of it.

Hangovers are a thing of the past with new improved water...

How are your "i need a fry up" glands doing? If they can't even face that, it's bad.

You need:

-A buttered french stick (bread) with
-Fried thinly cut steak
-Relish
-Gurkins
-Fried mushrooms
-Fried onions
-A nice milky cup of tea

Get that down and you will be fine!

tesco migraine relief pills. they work in double time and do the job.

what you need is a leftover biryani, preferably by your bed where you left it last night smile

Agreed, acknowledging the fact hangovers exist creates a negative image of alcohol and that is not allowed. So, as hangovers are created by tee total, beer haters to make booze look like the bad guy, we can write that off. Agree with the bad AIDS theory, have you been in any all male establishments recently? Maybe took part in any 'teabagging' related activities?

If you can hold food down then its a gut-bomb for you. The components of the gut-bomb are not set in stone, but should include fried meat (preferably pork) and grease. Eggs are good, fried bread is excellent. beans are also good.
