Locally we have "Killcrash Lane" & "Burned House Lane" to name but a few. I seem to remember there's a "Head Dyke Lane" as well.

What a Head Dyke does over and above a normal dyke is beyond me, but whoever named the lane must know...

I've seen a Gong Hill near Farnham, cant remember where exactly..

From memory its a nice little country lane, with some fancy houses.

Gong, is of course, a medieval word for toilet/st heap

so thats st heap hill!

There is a Bell End in Notts somewhere.

Holy Bones in Leicester.

Locally, there is one called The Mount. It often has the M painted over, and a chunk taken out of the right hand side of the o.

A road near me. You see a lot of Tivs along this road as it's near the Barnet TVR centre and is on their demonstrator route occasionally.
