I thought this was going to be an hour of stunning scenery, but it seems to be yet another iteration of mournful music and harping on about melting glaciers. Televising it doesn't freeze it again - please talk about something that we haven't been bludgeoned to death with already.

Really fancy going on the Old Patagonian Express though.

Well, maybe I misheard something but it seemed to me to suggest that MMGW wasn't apparent on the glacier under consdieration despite this being used in Al Gore's film...

I shall rewatch it - it's on record. It's entirely possible I saw another BBC nature program and filled in the blanks without listening properly.
