Nigerian Scammer could be a PHer!!

Judging by the punctuation, spelling and grammar I reckon it is a PHer who is The Nigerian Scammer".
And I quote:
"may i introduce myself as Mr Michael Madu former minister for agriculture in fedral Republic of Zembagwe , i was sacked because of the land decree act which the wicked ruler presedent Robert Mugabi put into law there by taking the white farmers there land by forse, we where few members of the executives as christains who objected to the land reform act which resulted in the assasination of my wife and my dauther.
During the rioting my house and property was burnt, i was the next target because the government accused us of sabotaging the government, as i know that i am a real christain and cannot suporte evil as a true assemblies of God believer, i objected to the land reform act, and i took the government to court.
After my investigations i found out that i was the next to assasinate after two of our protesting members was murderd in a cold blood.i was advised to run out of the country for sefty for it has resulted to a tribal killing.
The worst part of it is that those lands taking out from the white farmers are giving to president Mugabis tribe members and kingsmen. it is evidently clear that those lands are in my tribe areas.
During my stay as the minister of agriculture i sent my wife to deposite a total sum of (six million dollas ) in benin Republic as i am the enemy of the goverment after my house was burnt and my account frozen. i run for safty in benin republic where i am hiding for safty i want you to assist me to use the money for and investment in your country, and i want to come and live in your country and use the money for an investment out of the total money i will give you 30% of the total amount . i want you to Call me and send to me your country of origin your private phone number for more details or reply me back.
