random timer alarm, find me a product

Wanting a glorified egg timer for a project at work. It would ideally have a big count down clock, be mains powered and simple to operate by a guy in gloves to set it for 7 minutes then counts down to zero with a loud alarm and maybe a flashing light. Thought it would be easy to find a big timer with a red light that changes to green and sounds an alarm but seems not or I’m not looking in the right places.

Something like this http://www.milletsports.co.uk/productmore.php?pid=... but able to time to 7 minutes would seem ideal though maybe there is a starting system like you get for go cart tracks or similar with timed lights and an alarm? Would seem like a simple task but there doesn’t seem to be much more out there than the small digital egg timers which are not quite up to the job.

edit, budget around £150 max though less is better.
