Spelling.. of course we ae not dumbing down

Today I have had the following spellings in ONE job application, most of then repeated so true errors not slips of the chubby fingers on the chubby pen;

Belived (believed)

Posible (possible)

Biuld (build)

Discused (discussed)

Discusion (discussion)

Moral (morale)

Dispite (despite)

Achive (achieve)

Shure (sure)

Flet (felt)

Perents (parents)

Nomater (no matter)

Spurd (spurred)

Thay (they)

Larger (lager)

Posibly (possibly)

Geting (getting)

Aggitated (agitated)

That is without the numerous punctuation errors, continual use of lowers case instead of capitals, no full stops and commas




I then turn the page and find they have a GCSE grade 'C' in English language and a grade 'C' in English literature.

Is this because it was all course work and they were able to sue a spell checker or resubmit the work? Please tell me this is not wahat a 'C' now looks like?
