In case it helps, I'm after more of a "This has to work, cos if it doesn't, we're screwed" kind of thing as opposed to a plain "we're screwed" scenario.

(Although some of the efforts so far are funny)

bugger all to do with the topic but it might liven up the presentation (not that i'm suggesting it needs livening up...and putting it a positive spin on the situation it could be interpreted as "we dont' need a plan B cos plan A is looking bloody good"
