To bring there kids into work

Why?

Then who just leave them with other coooing women and balling there heads off.

It's work not a drop in facility.

If I can't bring in my Cats/Dogs (who are considerabley cuter, quieter and better behaved), why should they be allowed to bring in their kids (who aren't even toilet trained!!)

No, just think kids shoudl not be allowed in the workplace, (I include supermarkets, pubs etc in that - people work there afterall ), apart from anything else, its a H&S issue

Kids in the workplace is as wholely inappropriate as women being there. Eliminating the latter would prevent the former.

The bosses wife used to do this quite often... so I guess nobody else could argue (irritating pencil, pen and paper stealing little sod)

Not quite as bad as when she used to phone the school from her desk (open plan office) "Sorry poor little sebastian had a pooey bottom all night, he wont be coming into school today"...

Opps....I take my son to work everyday

But then again, I pay for him to go to the breakfast club where I am supervisor...so I don't suppose that really counts, does it?

I also spent most of my childhood in my dad's pet shop, except for school time obviously. I loved it, and looking back on it, he got free labour

Kids at work should be banned.

There's often a very cute large fluffy hound at one of my clients offices. Belongs to the purchasing wench who usually works from home. When she has to be in the office the hound comes with her.

Just chosen not to have kids, because they would not be able to have the childhood I had due to the world we live in now.

If I did have them, I wouldn't be so arrogant as to expect everyone else to think they were as wonderful as I did, and so inflict them on people at work.

If there is a creche there, fine, take the kids to work and leave them in their alloted place.
