Im not really sure why you said that.
I mean- I 'get' the references to the bill and swan lake, and like everyone else, I can see that the picture depicts policeman wearing tutus and tights, but what I don't 'get' is where the TV show/Bill vs Swan Lake/viewers come into that.
What I am trying to ascertain is how this inhances the already-amusing image we are presented with.
