Speed Camera Case or Dreaming..?

Either i dreamt this or i heard on the news this morning that there's some sort of court case over speed cameras needing to be approved since a law passed in 1992 but most haven't been so we're all being fined unlawfully blah blah...
A quick search on here pulled nothing up, neither did a Google search (and Google knows everything that is truthful for sure).
Did I dream this?
Did I not search very well and miss it?
Will this thread be moved to SP&L?
