Cure for baldness?

My hair is thinning & I fell it is time to do something about it. I'm not sure what to do, go for a transplant or use one of the widely publicised hair thickening products. I dont know too much about it, I guess the transplant will use your own hair so colour match will be OK, the thickener should preserve the current colour.

Does anyone here have any experience of either method?. Pictures would be useful. Cheers!

My mate adam was bald at the age of 19. He explored many avenues. Nothing he has seen/ done has really cured it. Hair transplants done well are very expensive. Shave it and do the Phill Mitchell look. Buy a syrup.....

Transplants are redicilous, dont even think about it.

Just shave it off and be proud to be a testosteron producing male instead!

I felt like that for a few years as my hair was thinning. Tried several different barbers with different methods of trying to thicken up the look of the hair but eventually got bored, accepted it and bought some clippers.

Had many complements on how much better it looks #3 all over (well, the hairy bits anyway), plus the initial outlay of £14.99 7 months ago means I am now £90 better off thanks to cutting it myself

I started to lose my hair at 21 and it made me feel awful, complete confidence zapper so understand your situation completely, i tried all different things to make it look thicker, but it only ever made it look worse - really and truly the only way to feel better about it is to shave it off, don't go down the route of surgery or any gimmicks, they simply don't work (or didn't for me anyway) now I'm quite happy, bald as snooker ball, but happy
