Carrying on from the Mensa threads here's one:
Which is heavier, a pound of gold or a pound of bricks?
I suspect it won't take too long for someone to give the correct answer, it's an old one.

Does the word heavy relate to weight NOT mass i wonder !?
And
Is a pound a measure of mass (like grams and kilograms) or weight (newtons and kilonewtons)
If 'heavy' relates to weight and a pound is a measure of mass, then a pound of gold is of equal mass to a pound of bricks, meaning they would weigh the same.
