I think I swear too much!

I seem to be swearing more and more now days and would like to reduce/stop the amount of times I say the word fk / fking (ususaly said to emphasive the next word)

Anyone got any good subsitutes that dont make you sound a pratt saying them??

There's a definite increase in swearing, when I was a nipper I never heard my parents swearing.

The worst would be bugger, or the really bad one, "for gods sake".

There's so much swearing on TV and CD's now, is it any wonder it so bad.
