Mobile sports alerts

Does anyone here know of or use a decent sports alert application for their mobile? Namely a BlackBerry app?

I want something which you can configure so you only receive news of your selected team(s) and chosen sport(s).

How much do they cost? Why not just have bbc/football/myclub or official website saved as a favourite in your internet app?

I guess I’m just bored and looking for something which will maybe send a message to my phone or flash up if something configured in my interests makes the news. I tried Yahoo Go but can’t seem to get it to work + the reviews aren’t great so I removed it.

i just found something called viigo go to the viigo website from your bb browser, and you can download it from there.

go into the options to set up what football info you want, what weather, news channels and various other stuff i havent used yet.

looks ok so far, doesnt beep when updates happen, but you can go in and check real time info by the looks of it.

Any other decent/useful applications? ive been hunting for the last couple of days, only other one is the google maps, which is the nuts!
