Send free MMS messages?

I wnat to send some MMS messages (pictures) to a forieng country.

I am a cheapskate and hence my tariff doesn't allow any data transmission

Anyone know of a decent site that will allow me to do it online?

they dont have email at all.

if you can find out what network the recipient is on, a lot of networks allow you to e-mail it to [mobile number]@network.com or whatever and deliver it as a mms. worth a look
