I had one the other night to adjust for jet lag. It gave me the kicks like a heroin addict or something. I woke up about four AM to take a leak and when I turned to walk out the bathroom my legs just gave way and I went down like a sack of potatoes. They still don't feel quite right two days later.

I'll stick to my wife's jellies in future. smile

Most of this st I think is placebo.

Up at 4am for a pee?
On the upside, sounds like they sorted your insomnia.
On the downside, better get the prostate checked!

The most hardcore has to be Ketamine. It's a f*cking HORSE tranquiliser. I've heard clubbers take it to come down. No sh*t!

Never found a sleeping pill that worked, only three things work for me, alcohol (but not proper sleep), carefully planned relaxing evening of warm bath, candles, lavender, a warm bed and hot chocolate. And sex. Although just trying to get the latter these days is exhausting.

Crazy dreams though.

I've tried everything to help me sleep, none have worked.

Nytol gave me hangovers. Only way I have found of getting to sleep easily is being tired or drunk.

10mg tamazapam works wonders for me... I work some funny hours sometimes, so when I need to get sleep early on the odd occasion I take one... it doesn't make you feel sleepy but keeps you sleeping once you're down..

Have you tried zopiclone? if not ask your doctor for some. Works great

question what are Jellies? lol. i dont know if i missed the joke or they are beyond my time but its wrecking my brain wondering what they are lol.

i know its extreme but what about a caffeine crash? load your self up with pro plus in the middle of the day then when u come to bed time you should crash hard enough not to wake up until morning.

Jellies= Tamazapam.

Smack heads in Scotland had a habit of taking tamazapam tablets adding water and injecting if they could not get heroin.

So they made them in Gel form i.e jellies. Smack heads still cooked them up and injected but then they turned back to gel in the blood and arms fell off(sort of) That could be an old wives tale

I think I heard about jellies from the 90s. Probably Trainspotting.

Hmmm, I think I'd rather just accept being tired for the day than shovel any of that ste down my throat.
