I'd probably go off on someone if I was concentrating really hard on my job and somebody distracted me. It's normal. Just because he is a "celebrity" doesn't make it any more or less normal. If he was going on at someone because they had spilled his coffee or something trivial like that it would be different, but he was doing his job and someone else cocked it up.
9/10 for style, lost a point for repeatedly using the same swear word rather than varying his vocabulary

Maybe. It's essentially a work setting though - how badly would you have to wind a reasonable person up before they went off like that? Our accounts department have returned the same invoice to me 4 times now even though I've repeatedly explained why it needs paying, what account number it's to be paid on and that it needs to be done asap.
