It's very genuine and very colourful! Seems to have been distracted by the director of photography one to many times, pretty reprehensible really considering the length of the rant and insults but made me chuckle regardless. Took place last July apparently.

Also, the guy he reffers to as McG is the director completely failing to defuse the situation.
