Right... So you cant actually go anywhere without hearing about it and to be fair I despise the word now but what are the weirdest, funniest or even the most outrageous things you have heard being blamed on the credit crunch..

e.g. 'cant do xyz, becasue of the credit crunch'

No seen it but someone was just telling me they had had a letter of BG telling them they were reducing prices by 10% to help their customers out during the CC.

So that will be 10% off the bill after the 25% increase in the last 12 months will it?

I didn't know double glazing had gone up that much.

Still, I spose that Bentley does drink a bit.

When in Prague before Xmas a guy we were with was negotiating with a stripper for a full feel dance.... Conversation went something like this (note costs will be wrong)

Lap Dancer: "So 550 each for a full touch dance"

Mate: "550! Thers a bloody credit crunch on you know! How about 400?"

Neeless to say all of us sat arounf we in stitches laughing.
