st I feel rough.

Prawn curry last night, been up for 3 hours today
Then had to come back to bed. Firing both ends, really cold,
Arse more shot than a flanders poppy.
Any suggestions for a good quick cure?
I feel bloody terrible, and got to and empty my bucket again

Marmite on toast

If you're still squitting, Diocalm.

DO NOT take Immodium unless you have to travel. Whatever it is causing the damage inside of you, you want it out.

there is no magical cure, but it sounds like a bit of food poisoning which should be through you within 24hrs or so. however, it is important to stay hydrated and if possible get something like a berocca down you and/or sports drinks (replenish lost electrolytes)

Thanks for all of the advice.

I have taken the following course of action:

Have 24 sts today.

Vomit repeatedly

Sleep for 4.5 hours

Wake up thinking i may have st myself.

Discover blood in vomit.

Panic

Mind you, im right off the ciggies today.

The shatkins diet is working wonders.
