I bet more people will read the story about Mr Fry over the woman saving the puppies.

So that is why they report it ahead of it, obviously. After all most news reporting agencies are a business.
It's just a sad fact that many people in this country care about the dull existance of a "celeb" far over and above many other things.
For example, an advert today for some magazine or other which shows the "bump" of some woman or other. So, famous woman is pregnant shock. That's news?
