Snowlovers - Great snow in Bucks......

I'm loving this weather - snow has been awesome in Bucks. Almost like Val (well not really) to the point that I've been boarding in my garden this afternoon!

Can't wait to get back on the mountain now!



Anyone else been involved in any snow based activities this weekend????

I live in South beds - was just going to head out on my cross country skis.

Where are you based ? Is there much snow over Wendover direction ? ( would be exciting to telemark down from the monument above Wendover )

Snow looks great in mid-bucks, between Chesham and Hawridge. On a little used hill behind me I've seen 5 snowmen.

Just driven back from Wendover to near Princes Risborough That's where I got the idea from. There is a field on that Wendover road before Butlers Cross on the left hand side with a few boarders on it. Stopped and had a chat and they said it was powder up there!.

Just got back from 3 hours boarding and sledging in Stokenchurch - photos later. Very nice snow !!!

Good snow out on Mam Tor in the Peaks, today.

Shame the camera was on a funny exposure on the pic before the run down.





The roads were so clear I had to take a detour to find some snowy bits. Need to get my moneys worth from the winter tyres.

Should be still there. -2 degrees here in High Wycombe so stokenchurch probably colder so no thaw. I may be up there again tomorrow.

Reading has an anti-snow device. We ALWAYS get less than anyone else.
