That doesn't really say much though. If you're already doing what people want, they aren't motivated to complain, in the same way as there were no pro-war demonstrators when the Iraq war started.

BBC line

Press 1 for mild annoyance.
Press 2 for avid Guradian readers
Press 3 for church fate cancelled level of frustration
Press 4 for never seen a black person but heard they are frighfully nice
Press 5 for implied threat of death or serious harm
