Choosing a Red Letter Day Event

My missus bought me a 30 min flying experience with RLD.
I have three days left to confirm and book my place. However, looking at the kind of plane you go up in, I'm not overly filled with confidence or enthusiasm about the affair.
I typed in my voucher number and, to my delight, they're offering me a few alternatives.
The flight simulator seems good as you can also take one or two mates on board too. Other options include various car experiences - the one that really stands out is the V8 Touring Car experience, but it's fully booked.
Racing mini-diggers seems like good fun too...
Just not sure which one to go for... has anyone done any of the above?
