Is anyone clued up on how to use o2's online billing thing. I've tried a few different ways but it ultimately takes me back to my account home page and won't even let me see my bill never mind pay it.

I find it absolutely crap. I always end up paying by phone. Sorry not to be of more use.

I had this problem when I first tried to access my account online - it would constantly take me back to the front page when I tried to log in or do anything.

Turned out is was a cookie issue - it won't let you in and do anything unless your browser is set to allow it to deposit a cookie. If you have cookies blocked, try allowing it access and then give it another go.

I get the same!

It's never let me see my bill! Followed all the links correctly etc, but nothing!

I just wait until the Direct Debit goes out to find out how much it is!

Totally irrelevant but going through the bank statement I made a horrific discovery that the wkers over at o2 seem to be billing me an extra £7.99 on top of the £30.00 they take every month which was agreed to on the phone, ungrateful tts! So it means another few phone calls clearing this mess. furious

Which is why I refuse to have a DD with O2 and need to pay my bill to use my phone, which would be helpful as I have an interview at 8:30 tomorrow morning and I think it's going to be interesting getting their with a good few inches of snow on the ground. You can't even do an automated payment over the phone as its out of hours.

I wasn't able to log on to see my bill for months and never really bothered about it. My bills started getting higher and higher for no apparent reason so I made it my business to be able to view my bill online. O2 seemed to make this as difficult as possible. I made numerous phone calls and emailed them on numerous occasions only to be told I had to disable cookies etc. I cleared all my cookies etc as instructed but still could not view the blooming thing.
It was only after writing to the Managing Director and sending the letter by Recorded Delivery threatening to cancel my contract that anything got done. Within days, they phoned and set me up a new login etc and I've had no problems at all. They also gave me a credit of about £50 as a goodwill gesture!readit
