Getting a medical questionaire signed quicker than 2 weeks!

I'm being sent a medical questionnaire by my new employer, quite strange as I've never had one before with previous international companies and this job involves sitting behind a desk!

Now, I wanted to start work Wednesday but cannot without this form signed.

Is there anyway I can get it done quicker than the 2 weeks the receptionist "Rosie" at my quack has just quoted me?

Yes as described above, and they reckon it will take 2 weeks. Looks like it might cost me then.

Don't tell the receptionist what you want. Say it is personal.

Then speak to the doctor once in.

Will have a look at the form when it arrives and see if that will work.

Not sure that the independent Dr/hospital would be able to complete this form for you.

Most likely that this form is requesting details of any relevant past medical history - in which case it needs completion by a Dr who has access to your medical notes - ie your GP.

I wouldn't recommend any underhand approach - just drop a polite hand-written note to your registered GP tomorrow morning explaining the reason why there is urgency behind your request - it works on me.
