Why do quite a lot of gypsey's caravans have the door on the wrong side.check it out next time you spot them,it suprised me when i started noticing after a mate had pointed it out to me,beats looking for Eddie Stobart wagons

Because the vast majority of their caravans are German makes, they stand up to hard use being lived in full time, the UK ones don't.

How can a caravan have a door on the 'wrong' side?

Seeing as the 'normal' use of a caravan does not include entering/exiting on the public highway, is there any relevance to which side the door is on?
