No - I'm not actually a woman posing as a man (Stigmund...)

This song just gets on my nerves a bit. As do most women (not my OH though, if she's reading!).

Why do women expect men to 'listen' so much? And be so compassionate about bks that isn't even interesting?

Looking at it at a different angle. Do they not understand that it just isn't the way we are? Men aren't supposed to listen properly. Just like women are far too oversensitive about stuff that is complete bks.

'Ohh he doesn't listen to me!' WHY SHOULD WE?!?!

At what point, was it the human default to listen and be 'romantic' and exactly how a woman wants us to be?

I'm going to go home tonight and completely ignore my other half while watching whatever I want on TV (Black Books) and drinking whatever I want...

Because I'm a bloody bloke...

That song is just an expression of bloody stty fking awful horrible bks crappy mind numbing ahole tightening modern R & B, the men sing about cheating on women, the women sing about being cheated on. Don't take it to heart, it's only giving them what they want-brush it aside like the angry buzz of a st covered gnat in your ear. That'll learn 'em.

Listen to the words.

That song is all sour grapes and envy.

We've got it good - and they know it.

I dislike that song because it's over-dramatic and tedious.

You're young... You'll learn soon mate!

Although I am just a nipper myself at 20, I was with my Ex for 3 years and have been together with my 'current piece of meat' for 2 years.

It is a lot easier to zone her out though, as I just say 'you're accent is too strong, I can't understand you'.

It is no where as that idiot, Titchy Strider or whatever his name is, who seems to played incessantly on R1.

"I'm sorry I misleaded you, pretty lady......" FFS. If you can't even speak the language properly, GET OFF THE RADIO you talentless waste of skin.

I couldn't describe myself better!

I get away with it by saying 'Sorry I wasn't listening' every time she asks me a question... she gave up asking me things while I was watching something decent about 2 months ago biggrin

Errr, no. I just figure that if you want to live with someone, at least have the decency to listen to them. If not, tell them you don't really give a fk, don't live with them and only pop round for the sex now and then (let me know how it goes too tongue out ).

If you choose to spend your time with a narrow-minded, boring, irritating stereotypical woman who you can't be arsed to listen to, thats your fault.

If you go and find someone you really care about and are willing to listen to and communicate with (someone who doesn't just want to sit in front of the TV, talk about shoes and clothes and bh about you to her friends), you might find yourself a lot happier.

I'm more than happy with my OH. Been living with her since October and planning to move back to Sweden with her in the Summer.

It's the general attitude of women... And yes I'm punishing her for what her people have done...

Granted, there are exceptions to the rule. If you post pictures, I will be happy to judge your woman by her cover.
