What would the policies be? Taxed for not using your car enough? Subsidies on V8 sports cars and 4x4s? Fines for too much insulation in your loft?

Although I'm coming to the conclusion that as you can only sign these petitions by putting in your address etc, these petitions are only used to gather information about people rather than taking any notice of the petitions subject.

Now where's my tin hat.....
