Not quite the usual upgrade thread as I have a specific 'phone in mind.

I am with O2 and wish to upgrade to a SonyEricsson Xperia. My current contract is about £25 a month but I spend a lot more mainly on international calls.

I have tried asking for my PAC number to get put through to the 'better offer' department but they have not improved on the offer I was given in the first place (handset for £100 on a £35 a month contract)

Anyone have any ideas or source of good deals, I can show my last several months bills for £60+

TIA

Ben

if your bills are £60+, a £25 contract is so wrong for you.

up your line rental and reduce your bills.

We do a full bill analysis to offer tariffs that’s right for your usage. PM me if you want one of my guys to look at your bills for you and suggest tariffs and networks

Should have said that the main costs are international calls, rarely go over my allowance on the UK stuff. Will send a PM tomorrow when I have my bills to hand.

Cheers

If you have interntional calls you should be on a tariff that includes them (Orange allows calls to 28 countries to be included in your free minutes, Three charges you the same costs as UK calls to countries that is is has agreements with, and other networks do cheap as chips bundles)

International calls are really very cheap if you know how to include them. smile

Both T-Mobile and O2 offer international call packages. I think the priciest is £9.99 a month.
